Private 1 on 1 lesson appointments are waiting list as a first come/first serve basis.
We are booked on a first come, first serve waiting list basis. Please e-mail us at skate@theskategym.com or text us at 512-814-5663. Let us know the name, age, skill level, and two or three ideal dates and times, and we will do our best to match you with an available coach. The cost is $60/hr and we will send a paylink for payment once booking is settled.

Meet our coaches
Brian Love
Brian Love is the Head Coach at The Skate Gym. Brian has taught the kids and adult classes since the start of The Skate Gym. He is great with flat ground and technical tricks.
Kat Mills
Kat Mills, 20 yrs old has been skating several years, starting in Portland, Oregon. She is great at teaching halfpipe and banks....
Adri
Adri coaches both skateboarding and quad skates for skateparks. She has been skateboarding for 7 years and quad skating for 5 years.
John Miller
John is the Owner/Founder of The Skate Gym. He has been skating for 41 years. He loves teaching anyone who wants to learn but is best at teaching ramp and transition.
Maggie
Maggie
Maggie is a world renowned slalom skater and also skates bowls very well. She is great with the littles!

We are located at 11880 Hero Way West Unit 704 Leander, TX. 78641
(Behind Elevate Fitness and next door to Berryhill Garden Center)
As a proud member of Leander Chamber
of Commerce, we are located in the City of Leander, Just 21 miles northwest of Downtown Austin. The Skate Gym is also easily accessible by public transportation via the Cap Metro Rail Leander Station and has ample parking available.
We are constantly looking for opportunities to work with schools, churches, and other non-profit organizations to bring skateboarding to those who may not otherwise have considered it.
Have a birthday party skate session here!
Have your birthday party with us! We supply skate chaperones to ensure safety and fun. We supply pads, helmets, and skateboards. We have a room for cake and pizza and a viewing area for parents. Up to 10 kids for $300 for two hours.
